I’m so excited to be contributing to the decor of the Love is Love Valentine’s Day charity dinner at Folk Detroit to raise money for Sanctuary Restaurants. Sanctuary Restaurants is an organization that advocates for the human rights and dignity of restaurant owners, employees and customers. Rosemarine Textiles is contributing our terracotta naturally dyed cotton gauze napkins as well as silk ribbon to the beautiful decor designed by Curtsy and Bow Events.
This event is a collaboration between a number of local Detroit businesses to promote our ideals of having inclusive and sanctuary spaces in our community. Fellow small business collaborators include The Royce Wine Bar, Hello Records, Folk Detroit, Curtsy and Bow Events, J’Adore Detroit, Hungry In Detroit, photographers Michelle and Chris Gerard, Sfumato Fragrances, Sister Pie, and ROC United.
The event will celebrate the diversity of loves form - parents and children, siblings, gender identifying, gender neutral, LGBTQ individuals, friends and singles - through sensory experiences with food, beverage and environment. This will be a ticketed event for a potential two seatings, 20 guests each, on Thursday Feb 14th starting at 6pm. If you’re interested in purchasing tickets to the event, click here.
Guests will enjoy a 5 course dinner, paired beverage offerings, storytelling, curated music, stunning floral and décor, keepsake’s and more!
Rosemarine Textiles will be contributing naturally dyed napkins and silk ribbons to the event decor.
