How are your ribbons made?
All of our ribbons are made in Detroit, Michigan using sustainably sourced fabrics and natural plant dyes. All ribbon is hand cut, dyed and spooled in our studio with love.
Are Rosemarine Textiles pieces washable?
Yes! We highly recommend using a pH neutral soap (such as castile soap) to gently hand wash and hanging to dry. Treated properly, all Rosemarine Textiles pieces can last for many years to come.
Where are your dyes from?
We source our dyes from local restaurants (avocado and onion skins, etc), by foraging in the Detroit area (wild berries and flowers), utilize leftover floral arrangements in collaboration with local florists, and from companies that responsibly source plant dye materials.
How much ribbon should I order?
- for bouquets we recommend about 3 yards for a small to medium draping effect and 5 yards for a long dramatic drape.
- for invitations we recommend estimating about 18" per invitation.
When will I receive my order?
Your Rosemarine Textiles ready-to-ship order will ship within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will not be processed until the following business day. All orders are shipped USPS Priority and fully insured. Please notify us with any requests for rush shipment at a small fee. Made to order pieces may take between 1-2 weeks to produce depending on order queue. For latest made to order turnaround times, please shoot us an email. Rosemarine Textiles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Detroit local pickup orders are processed within 1 business day and may be picked up by appointment. An email notification will be sent when your order is ready for pick-up.
How will my parcel be shipped?
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested. Each order is shipped fully insured and the tracking number sent via email upon shipment to the email provided at checkout.
Do you offer samples?
Yes! Please see here for a sample card with all of our color and fabric offerings. We also offer one yard sample cuttings of all ribbons.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes, we offer wholesale to a select number of brick and mortar retail shops feel align with our values and aesthetics. If you are interested in carrying Rosemarine Textiles in your shop, please contact us here.
Do you accept returns?
Please note that all sales are final unless there are any extenuating circumstances. Feel free to contact via the form for inquiries if you feel this applies to you.
Can I return my wooden spool?
Yes! Return your wooden spool after you've used up all the ribbon and get a $7 credit towards your next order. Contact us here to get in touch with return shipping information.
Can you rush my order?
Yes - depending on the current order queue, for a 25% fee of the total cost of the order we can do our best to rush your order. Please note, we do our very best to get your order to you as quickly as possible but due to the nature of our handmade process, things do take time.
Do you offer rentals?
