Cornman Farms Sustainable Dining Event

Last month Zingerman’s Cornman Farms and Detroit Cultivated hosted Sustainable Entertaining: The Fall Seasonal Dinner at Cornman Farms. The dinner was a collaboration between Cornman Farms Chef Kieron Hales and author Lindsay-Jean Hard at the beautiful 1834 Greek Revival farmhouse. The result was a sustainable, locally-sourced menu inspired by Hard’s newly launched cookbook, Cooking with Scraps.
